Position OverviewKurt Goeser State Farm is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales & Service Intern to join our team! This is a part-time, year-round, in-office internship designed for students and individuals who want hands-on experience in sales, customer service, marketing, and community outreach.

As a Sales & Service Intern, you’ll support our agency in a variety of ways, including
  • Making outgoing sales calls to prospects and supporting the sales team
  • Helping market our services to local businesses
  • Supporting social media efforts by increasing traffic and assisting with content creation
  • Working with community partners to help grow referrals and networking opportunities
  • Assisting with community event planning, organization, and participation
  • Helping with phone calls and walk-in customer support at the agency
  • Assisting with retention and service projects to support customer needs
What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable talking with people in person and over the phone
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable using computers and basic office technology
