"Last year our roof sustained wind damage after a strong storm. Called and had two different companies that State Farm suggested to get quotes. Both companies agreed heavy wind damage and roof needed replacement. State Farm sent their claim adjuster and after a ten minute check he said roof was fine and denied claim. Called State Farm and filed a dispute. They refused to send another adjuster for a second opinion because they didn’t want to undermine the first one. We called and left further messages and nobody would respond back to us. Prices were good but customer service is very poor. We switched to a different company."
